Rahaxi, Inc. Signs a Lucrative Service Agreement With Pure Commerce for Expansion of Business Within the Caribbean and Latin America

DUBLIN, IRELAND--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 3, 2008 -- Rahaxi, Inc. (OTC BB: RHXI.OB - News), an international card payments processor and technology company, today announced that its has entered into a service agreement with Pure Commerce, a world leader in the provision of multi-currency & card-based acquiring solutions with a discipline in Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Rahaxi will provide Pure Commerce with a fully multi-currency enabled cross-border technological platform for payments processing. Furthermore, Pure Commerce will enhance Rahaxi's product offering by providing a comprehensive treasury facility enabling dynamic currency conversion to both its existing and prospective client base. DCC supports international commerce by making foreign prices easy to understand and easy to apply to one's currency. DCC enables the participating merchants to appeal to their International customers and overall improve the service provided to these customers. With the expansion of Global commerce, DCC technology enables both the consumer and the merchant to have the same transaction preferences regardless of location.
